Detective Hits will not give out, sell or distribute any of your information. We dislike spammers as much as the next guy, thus your email address will never be shared with anyone.
By submitting your application to join you agree to use an email address that does NOT lead to a non-existent email account, autoresponder or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. You further understand & accept that should emails sent to you bounce, you will likely have your account deleted and lose any credits and/or cash that you may have earned.
You further agree that by submitting your application to join Detective Hits you are there by "opted-in" to receive email communications from the Administrators of DetectiveHits.com. Thus, said emails sent to you from Detective Hits cannot, and will not, be considered "spam" in any fashion, as you have "opted-in" to receive Detective Hits member news, special offers, promotions etc. You further understand that you have both the ability and the right to 'unsubscribe' and cancel your membership at any time. Membership cancellation will result in the forteiture of accumulated earnings. You further agree to stay up to date with these Terms of Service and that it is your sole responsibility to do so as this Agreement is subject to change without notice.
You agree that you WILL NOT put any Sites Pornographic in Nature on the Detective Hits Exchange or anything of "Extreme Adult Content". If in doubt of the 'acceptability' of a site you will contact the Administrators Prior to setting it up. You also understand that violating these terms in any fashion may result in your Membership with Detective Hits being terminated without warning which will result in the loss of any and all credits and/or cash that you may have accumulated.
You also understand that the speed and smooth operation of all Traffic Exchange Websites can be affected by the number of sites in the Database. Thus, it is your responsiblity to remain an "active member". Should your account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 90 days, the administrators may conclude you have abandoned your account and, thus, remove it from the data base to keep the active members surfing smoothly.
You further agree to view your surf session in a FULL BROWSER WINDOW. This is a mandatory requirement. The Detective Hits system features state-of-the-art "anti cheat security" to ensure True View, Quality Visitors For YOU. Each member wants their sites fully viewed - there by it is only proper and respectful for those members to "fully view" other members sites as well. Detective Hits works to ensure this. Any members detected to be minimizing their browser windows will have their accounts terminated immediately and they will forfeit all credits/cash earnings! Exclamation Point!
Members may only have one account per person, household or business. Members are not allowed to refer themselves.
DetectiveHits.com allows the following types of URLs for advertisement in rotation : Pages promoting other reputable traffic exchanges or advertising programs.
Pages promoting any products, programs or causes of legal and moral characteristics.
Sites with sound are permitted - providing they are not of a grotesque or offensive nature.
Sites with video are permitted providing they are of a wholesome nature and non offensive.

The following type URLs are NOT ALLOWED in the Detective Hits system for advertisement:
Pages promoting any type of illegal, illicit or immoral activity are prohibited.
Sites of pornographic or exteme adult content nature are prohibited.
Pages advertising any bootleg software programs are prohibited.
Pages advertising any type of software or programs designed to attempt to "cheat the system" and amass "free credits" are prohibited.
Overly obtrusive pop ups of any nature are prohibited.
Pop Unders are prohibited.
Exit Pop Ups that freeze the surf window, require a user to click on or close them in order to resume surfing, are prohibited.
-- Exit pop-ups may only be used in a purchased First Surf Start Page ad or in The Featured Site Of The Day advertisement auction. We have made this allowance for members becasue we do understand the value of this very useful tool in website/product promotions ... so if you wish to use exit pop-ups please abide this by purchasing a First Surf Start Page ad or bidding in the Featured Site Of The Day Auction and this will keep a smooth flow to the surfing environment.
Any sites that execute any type of script or code that interrupt the surf session or break frames are prohibited.
-- In summation, keep it clean, keep it professional, keep it quality and you will have no problems with any of your site submissions and everyone will enjoy a smooth surfing environment. No junk site and everything is alright.
-- Detective Hits has, at its' sole discretion, the right to refuse, reject or delete any site from the system the administrators deem as inappropriate and will delete the accounts of repeat offenders where by they will forfeit all credits or cash earnings.
-- Detective Hits pays a handsome bounty to any member reporting a site that is confirmed to be in violation of these terms. This bounty is paid out of the account of the offending site to the first member reporting the confirmed violation. Rest assured, anyone detected spoiling the environment will be removed from the system.
