Detective Hits Anti-Spam Policy Statement

We/Us: refers to DetectiveHits.com.

Member: refers to someone who has a current membership with detectivehits.com but is not otherwise associated with us.

Non-member: refers to anyone not falling into either of the two aforementioned categories.

We (detectivehits.com) occassionally sends emails to current members of detectivehits.com. Members cannot opt-out from these emails except by cancelling their detectivehits.com membership. Cancelling your detectivehits.com membership will cause you to lose all your established downline, earned credits and/or cash ... but has no effect on your membership with other traffic programs or your downlines in those programs.

If, after cancellation, you wish to re-join detectivehits.com; you may do so (unless otherwise specified upon cancellation or termination) without penalty, however, you will have to set up a brand new account and start at the beginning; thus building a new downline, re-building your earnings and resubmitting all of your websites and traffic program affiliate links for promotion. There is no guarantee your username will still be available.

Members: are permitted to send personal email invitations to join detectivehits.com to their approved friends and contacts (in accordance with standard anti-spam legislation) or through any of the various opt-in safe-lists that persons are opted-in to receive such emails or advertisements. However, members are NOT allowed to represent themselves in any way as affiliated, or associated, with Detective Hits Advertising Network. Your emails MUST be represented as yourself or your organization that is sending the advertisement or invitation to join. 

Non-members: We do not send any emails to non-members except for authorized advertising through opt-in (safe) lists that said non-member would have opted-in to receive. If you are a non-member and have received an uninvited email that you believe came from us, please forward the email to admin@detectivehits.com and we will deal with it promptly and inform you of the action taken.

Members: If we determine that you have sent spam in the name of detectivehits.com then we will immediately pause your account and notify you of said action, provide you the evidence and information relevant in the matter and offer you the opportunity to send us proof of your entitlement to send said email(s). All persons have a right to face their accusor and a right to present their defense against any allegations. You will be provided those rights - so long as you exercise these rights within a reasonable amount of time and can present a valid defense that proves your authorization for sending said email(s) ... your account will be immediately re-activated. However, if you do not respond and/or cannot prove your case ... then your account will be subject to immediate termination. In the case where your account is terminated for cause it is likely that you will be prohibited from ever re-joining detectivehits.com.
